Tatin d’échalotes – Caramelised shallot tart on crisp puff pastry, finished with a touch of balsamic glaze.
Plat principal
Carré d’agneau en croûte de tomates, légumes de saison – Rack of lamb roasted with a fragrant tomato and herb crust, served with a medley of seasonal vegetables.
Dessert
Tulipe de fruits frais et sorbet – A delicate crisp tuile shaped like a tulip, filled with fresh seasonal fruit and a refreshing house-made sorbet.
