Terms of service.

We accept reservations through our website, by phone, or in person. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate details and to follow the policies stated here and on your confirmation.
No deposit is required for standard à la carte bookings. Deposits may apply for special events or set-menu bookings (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
Cancellations of paid reservations made less than 24 hours before the booking (or 72 hours on public holidays) will not be refunded, or a fee of $100 per guest may be charged if only card details were taken.
For special events/set-menu bookings with a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within the relevant notice period.
Genuine Hardship Exception: In cases of exceptional and unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as illness, accidents, or emergencies), Julien’s may, at its sole discretion, waive all or part of the applicable fee.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations at our discretion.

Menu items, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise indicated.
We strive to keep all information on our website accurate; however, seasonal changes and supplier availability may result in variations.

We accept all payment methods recognised by our POS system (Square), including cash, card (AMEX, Visa, Mastercards), and current gift cards issued by Julien’s Bowral Brasserie.
Gift cards issued by previous owners or unrelated businesses are not valid.
There is a payment surcharges of 1.55% for cards payments.

We make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee any menu item is completely free from allergens.
Our kitchen handles common allergens, and cross-contamination may occur.
Guests must inform staff in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements. Dining with us is at the guest’s own risk in this regard.

By booking a table or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to us collecting and using your name, email, and phone number for reservation and marketing purposes.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Personal data provided during the booking process will be handled in line with our privacy commitments.

Gift cards purchased from Julien’s Bowral Brasserie are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of issue.

We may take photographs during service for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff at the time, and we will respect your request.

All content on our website—including text, images, designs, and logos—is the property of Julien’s Bowral Brasserie and is protected by copyright law.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our prior written permission.
We may update, suspend, or remove any part of our website without prior notice.

Our website may contain links to external sites that we do not operate.
