Asperges blanches et vertes – White and green asparagus with smoked beurre blanc, Jamón Serrano, and petits pois à la française — tender peas gently braised with onions and butter.

Plat principal
Suprême de volaille et gratin de chou-fleur au Comté – Poached chicken breast served with a creamy cauliflower gratin made with Comté cheese, accompanied by a light chicken jus.
