Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 Release

Celebrate one of France’s most beloved wine traditions — the arrival of the Beaujolais Nouveau. On the third Thursday of November, glasses are raised around the world to toast this young, fresh, and vibrant wine from the Beaujolais region.

Our one-night-only menu is inspired by the flavours of Lyon and Beaujolais, crafted to pair beautifully with this year’s release:

Entrée
Saucisson Brioché – Traditional Lyonnais sausage baked in brioche, served with rich beef jus.

Plat Principal
Poulet au Vin du Beaujolais – Tender chicken braised with Beaujolais wine, mushrooms, lardons, and herbs, served with seasonal vegetables.

Dessert
Poires Pochées au Vin Rouge – Pears poached in spiced red wine, served with vanilla crème Chantilly.
